2. Hosting

This website is hosted by webgo GmbH. The provider processes data required to operate the website on our behalf (in particular server log files). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When you access the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address. This data is used for technical delivery and security and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospects and customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Web analytics with Matomo

We use the analytics service Matomo to evaluate the use of our website. Matomo is self-hosted; the data stays with us and is not passed to third parties. We run Matomo without cookies and anonymise your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in needs-based website design (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Fonts

We embed fonts locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
